• I have the right to refuse a commission if it makes me uncomfortable.

• You may ask for updates but don't rush me, if I see you are being too pushy I will cancel the commission.

• Please provide a clear, unshaded reference sheet of your character.

• Short payment plans are accepted for orders above $100.

• A down payment of $50 is required when doing a payment plan, once I have received the down payment I will start the sketch.

• The artwork will only be completed once it is FULLY PAID.

• ​I will only accept 2 weeks for payment plans, if an emergency occurs and you need longer time please let me know.

• Please be patient, I do not like being rushed when drawing. Depending on the queue each piece can take from a few days to max 3 months.

• The finished artwork can be sent through email, Discord or Toyhouse.

• If you are using a stolen design, I will not accept the commission.

• I will send Work in progress photos during the Sketching, Lineart and Colour phase. If you want any changes made, please let me know.

• Any changes will NOT be made AFTER the colours.

• Refunds WILL NOT be given once the commission is complete.

• If you request a refund while I am mid-progress of your commission, I can only provide a partial refund of the uncompleted work.

• Do NOT remove my watermark on any artwork I finish.

• All payments are through Paypal USD, I will require your Paypal email in order to send an invoice.

• If you are from Australia, I can accept bank transfers/PayID.
